To end warmups or finish workouts, it is good fun striders. This is especially important on days where you will be jumping right into an intense workout. You should come to the start of the workout with an increased heartrate and a slight sweat. Without this preparation injuries can occur.

An strider starts out about about 70% of top speed, and over the 100 meters builds until you are at about 90%.
