Kat Vardell ran the JO Nationals on Saturday, 12/9/06. She ran a 19:59, breaking 20 for the first time ever and improving
her PR by 11 seconds. She's still 7th on the all time list, but closing in on the number 6 mark of 19:51.
Officical results have her at 46th out of 141 runners.

You have to wonder at times what you're doing out there. Over the years, I've given myself a thousand reasons to keep running, but it always comes back to where it started. It comes down to self-satisfaction and a sense of achievement.
