Summer Running


The summer is upon us, and you should all be running at least three days a week. If you want to run with a group we are
meeting 3 times per week starting in July. See the schedule here for locations, directions,
meeting times and ride information.

By the end of July you should be running at least 4 days per week, and for the first two weeks of August before practice starts you should
be running 5 days a week. Also, you should be doing core strength exercises 4 to 5 days per week.
Remember the first day of practice is August 11th, be sure to come prepared, there will be information posted here weekly to get
you ready for the season.
