Personal bests in cold weather are always a good sign, and there were quite a few this week at the Sandpoint Invite Quad meet. To start off the meet, Mikhaela Woodward (5:33.95 PR) and Matt Burgstahler (4:46.11 PR) won the 1600. Tim Prummer (4:51.46 PR) took 4th and Adam Bourn (5:09.46 PR) was 8th in the boys race while Sydney Foster (5:55.47 PR) was 3rd and Claire Pierce (5:55.92 PR) was 4th.

In the 800, Mikhaela Woodward was 1st with a 2:34.16 (PR) and Adam Bourn was 7th with a 2:21.89. For the 400 Cymbre Martin was 3rd with a 1:07.7.

In the boys 3200, frosh Jacob Graham continued his improvement, winning the race in an 11:33. Junior Alan Orr was 3rd with an 11:51.
