Jim Barton hired as new Assistant Coach

The assistant coach position for Sandpoint High School Cross Country has been filled following Coach Keating's move this summer. Jim Barton, who teaches Biology at Sandpoint High School, was chosen for the position. Jim is an outstanding and respected teacher, and will be a welcome addition to the team after.

Jim was head coach of the SHSXC team in 2004 and 2005. He is looking forward to bringing his experience and enthusiasm for the sport back to the team. We're excited to have Jim on board and ready for the start of the 2011 season.
